Within the past 15 year Cobus has also founded two other companies, The MSC Artisan Academy and Beyond Adventure. In 1998 MSC College he was the recipient of the Old Mutual Small Business of the Year Award in the Eastern Cape Region. In 2014 he was awarded as Business Leader of the Year by the Leadership Development Institute and Border Kei Chamber of Business Buffalo City. Glenda White holds Masters Degrees in Development Finance and Curriculum Evaluation from the Universities of London and Sussex respectively. Post 1994, she spent six years in government, first as Head of Policy Research for the first Premier of Gauteng Province and subsequently as Executive Director of the Centre for Public School Innovation. Glenda has consulted to a wide range of organisations, primarily in the areas of change management, programme design, monitoring & evaluation and business process management. She serves as the Chairperson of Themba Interactive, a not for profit organisation which uses applied drama therapy as a means of addressing social issues. Carol has been CEO of MSC Business College for the past 15 years. Carol holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice (Cum Laude) from the Graduate School of Business at UCT. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Education as well as a Bachelor of Arts. She has served as an Education Committee Member for the Border Kei Chamber of Business over a period of two years. Gillian has been with MSC Business College for a period of nine years. Her years as a Management Consultant bring in another set of skills highly relevant to this business. As a Management Consultant she reviewed systems and procedures in all aspects of a business (finances, asset management, change management etc.) and developed business performance improvement processes.
